Coaches have wide experience and knowledge in planning and delivering Physical Education lessons to pupils of all ages.
Lessons are carefully planned to ensure each child develops and reaches their full potential.
We believe that children should not be taught 'a sport' in P.E lessons and instead should be taught the physical and cognitive skills required to succeed in all sporting activities.
All lessons are designed to improve pupils’ key physical skills such as: Agility, Balance and Co-ordination as well as Social and cognitive skills such as Team work, communication, self-esteem and problem solving.
