P R Sports Coaching at committed to keeping your data safe. We, our employees and our approved contractors observe and perform its obligations under the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (‘the Data Protection Legislation’).

To ensure that we provide a high level of care and provide high quality safeguarding of your child, we request some personal and information of you and your child. The data collected is securely stored and controlled by P R Coaching Ltd and its approved contractors and is only shared to a party who may need the information (for example: legal, medical and/or safety requirements). In the event that we feel that we may need to share your data outside of these requirements, (for example, schools or external programmes) you will be contacted separately to obtain further consent before any data is shared.

P R Sports Coaching Ltd may occasionally contact you with recommended events and offers which may suit you and your child by email following a conscious opt-in when your child attends a P R Sports Coaching Ltd operated session. You can opt-out of these marketing emails at any time by email to prsportscoaching@gmail.com.

P R Sports Coaching will only hold your data for up to 10 years, should you wish for your data to be removed earlier than 10 years, please contact the data controller requesting your data to be removed using the contact information below:

Confidentiality and Data Protection

P R Sports Coaching shall process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation (which includes applicable data protection legislation including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) (GDPR), the Data Protection Directive (95/46/EC), and any national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation) as amended from time to time. Data processing will be accomplished through electronic and non-electronic means, for the purpose of the safety and security of your child, contact information inclusive of the emergency contact and opted-in marketing preferences. Terms used throughout this clause including “data controller”, “data processor”, “data subject”, “personal data” and “processing” are as defined in the Data Protection Legislation.
