Terms and Conditions & Participation Disclaimer

Our Promise:

Whilst we ensure our activities are as safe as possible unfortunately, accidents in sports do still happen from time to time. Even the most routine exercise or activity can cause injuries.

To minimise risks to customers and participants we will ensure:

- DBS checks on a staff over the age of 16

- Coaches maintain relevant coaching qualifications, first aid and child protection.

-Activities, equipment and venues are checked and risk assessed prior to the start of all activities.

- Coaches have first aid kits available at all times.

- Participants details are securely stored and accessible, with medical, and emergency contact information.
We will ensure activities are age appropriate and appropriate to participants capabilities.
We will follow venues fire, evacuation and child protection policies.
We will ensure children are supervised at all times.
We will ensure coaches are friendly and approachable to adults and children feel confident to discuss and disclose any concerns.
We will regularly review our child protection and health and safety policies

Waiver:

Participants are not (adult or child) are not permitted to participate in activities without reading and agreeing to the following waiver.

Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

I am fully aware of the inherent dangers and risks, to my person/my child and property, associated with the following activity that I am to participate in.

Where children under the age of 18 are participating-  I declare that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child or I have authority from the child’s parent or legal guardian to sign this Waiver Form.

I agree that I/the child will carry out the activity in accordance with the specific safety instructions that will be given before undertaking the activity.

I agree that I/the child will wear any safety equipment provided by PR Sports Coaching Ltd, , or safety wear/sports appropriate clothing and accessories that PR Sports Coaching have requested I supply throughout activities.

I confirm that I/ the child is in good physical condition and has no medical impairment that might prevent him/her from such activities.

I confirm that I have disclosed all medical/physical information that may impact my understanding or ability to participate, in order to allow PR Sports Coaching opportunity to make appropriate adaptions to ensure activities are both safe and inclusive.

I understand that any conversation's or opinions expressed by an individual/ coach may not be representative of the company as a whole.

I acknowledge that the Activity is potentially dangerous and that by participating in the Activity I/the child will be exposed to the possibility of personal injury.

I hereby indemnify PR Sports Coaching Ltd against all claims made by any other person against PR Sports Coaching Ltd in respect of any injury, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the failure to comply with the safety instructions and /or directions of PR Sports Coaching Ltd coaches or its management or staff. 

Nevertheless, I voluntarily elect to participate/allow my child to participate in the above activity with full knowledge and awareness of the danger and risk involved. I hereby agree to accept and assume any and all risks of property damage, personal injury, or death.

I understand PR Sports Coaching Ltd does not provide insurance to the participants of the said activity, and that anyone who wished to be covered should provide their own insurance. The Organizer hereby waives any responsibility and liability to any damages and injuries resulting from this activity.

Waiver of Liability and Indemnification

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the above-mentioned activity, I, the undersigned, and on behalf of my personal representatives, heirs, next of kin, successors and assigns, hereby forever;

Waives, releases, and discharges PR Sports Coaching Ltd its employees, agents, officers, and contractors, the providers of any equipment used in the Activity, landowners, municipal or governmental providers of use permits, and their respective employees, officers, and directors ( Herein “the Released Parties”) 

I understand it is my responsibility to ensure PR Sports Coaching Ltd have up to date information regarding I/my child medical information, emergency contact information, photography permission and contact details, and I am to update PR Sports Coaching if any of my information should change.

Use of Image and Likeness

I understand that I/my child may be photographed and filmed during the activity. To the fullest extent allowed by the law, I will ensure PR Sports Coaching Ltd are aware if I do not give permission to be filmed or photographed in sporting activities. 

Otherwise I waive all rights of publicity or privacy or pre-approval that I have for any such likeness of me or my child, and I grant to PR Sports Coaching Ltd and its assigns permission to copyright, use, and publish (including by electronic means) such likeness of me, whether in whole or part, in any form, without restrictions, and for any purpose.

Severability

I agree that if any portion or provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. I also agree that any invalid provision will be modified or partially enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law to carry out the purpose of the agreement.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

I HAVE FULL READ AND UNDERSTAND OF THE CONTENTS OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE SIGNING IT. AND, THAT NO ORAL REPRESENTATIONS, STATEMENTS, OR OTHER INDUCEMENTS TO SIGN THIS RELEASE HAVE BEEN MADE APART FROM WHAT IS CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THIS CONTRACT AFFECTS MY LEGAL RIGHTS, AND HEREBY SIGNS IT ON MY OWN FREE WILL.

IF THE ATTENDEE IS A MINOR, THE PARENT OR A RESPONSIBLE ADULT MUST SIGN THIS FORM.

Our Terms

The terms listed apply to a booking session with PR Sports Coaching Ltd.

The Terms and Conditions contain important information relating to participation by you and members of your group you acknowledge and agree to all parts of the terms listed and agree to accept the Booking Terms and Conditions.

No variation to the Terms and Conditions shall be valid or binding unless expressly agreed by PR Sports Coaching Ltd.

PR Sports Coaching Ltd reserves the right to amend any Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any person attending a session must be within the stated age range of the sessions.  (under 18 MUST be signed by parent/legal guardian) During our parent and toddler sessions and sessions involving children under the age of 5, all children must be accompanied at all times with a parent/guardian.

Any costs arising from damage of any kind, wilful or accidental caused by you or a member of your group will be liable to reimburse full costs to PR Sports Coaching Ltd or the venue in which we are hiring,  to rectify the damage or any losses arising from that damage.

PR Sports Coaching Ltd does not accept any claims or responsibility for the loss of property, damage to property or theft whilst attending our sessions, but we do advise that all items of property are clearly labelled for the best chance for us to return to the rightful owner.

 Valuables and/or money should not be left unattended.

Booking Confirmations:

All bookings will only be considered valid and final when confirmed via Pembe and payment in full has been received.

You must advise PR Sports Coaching Ltd as soon as possible of any mistake in booking confirmation.

pr Sports Coaching Ltd shall use all reasonable efforts to ensure that you and your parties participation commences at the time booked and it shall be the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to undertake the activities and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

Cancellations:

Bookings may be cancelled at least 7 days before the booked start date, a refund will be issued to the booking debit/credit card.

Individual bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not receive a refund.

PR Sports Coaching Ltd reserves the right to cancel any booking for any reason without consultation with the person or party making the booking. It will make all reasonable attempts to contact you as soon as is possible. Refunds are applicable in these circumstances only and no other compensation will be payable.

Prices and Payment:

All activities with PR Sports Coaching Ltd require immediate payment in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.
All prices are subject to change without prior consultation or notice given.
Payments are accepted only in GBP.

Refunds:

Where applicable, all refunds due will be issued to the corresponding debit/credit card used at the time of booking. If the card has expired a bank transfer will be issued.
