PR Sports Coaching are seeking to recruit a Head Coach/Project Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and motivated individual to join our team!
As a member of the team, you will be delivering sessions to children aged 2-14 years and adults in a variety of sports settings and supporting/leading across all our projects.
Job Title: Head Coach/Project Manager
Reports to: Laura Patrick – Director
Type of Position: Permanent
Hours: 40 Hours per week (evenings and weekends)
Pay: £18,000- £21,000
Job Purpose: To lead in the delivery, monitoring and evaluation of high-quality sport coaching sessions and primary school PE sessions. To manage and support our community and school projects.

Qualifications/Skills
It is essential that the successful candidate has the following:
· Recognised NGB Level 2 certificate in Sports Coaching
· Full UK driving license, has own transport
· Ability to work both individually and within a team
· Passion for sport, and providing children with a positive experience in sport and PE
· Willing to undertake training and professional development where necessary
· Excellent communication skills
· Are organised and punctual
· Be willing to undergo a Government Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
It is desirable that the successful candidate has the following:
· Previous experience working with children from all backgrounds and leading sessions without support.
· Previous project management experience
· GCSE's and/or A Levels (or equivalent) in PE or BTEC Sport
· Recognised NGB Level 3 certificate in Sports Coaching
· Valid safeguarding and First Aid certificate
