Intro 2 Netball

This is a fantastic club carefully planned to provide children with a first experience of Netball, allowing them to develop their fundamental skills, and achieve a basic understanding.

Sessions will develop children's fundamental skills, develop their hand eye co-ordination, as well as create understanding of spacial awareness, attacking and defending principles and the rules of the game.

Netball specific skills such as catching, footwork, finding paces, marking, shooting and passing, will be promoted throughout each session via fun games and drills.

Parents/Guardians are welcome to stay and spectate but we encourage children to participate independently during the sessions.

Most importantly children are there to play and HAVE FUN.

This is a great starting point for children who may wish to begin join netball teams at a later date, and will provide a foundation of understanding for when they are old enough to play fixtures.
